Students will be able to see ceramic projects through from start to finish, learning the basics of hand building, glazing, and firing. We will make some things together as a class, and they’ll also be able to make a few projects of their own choosing. Some of these pieces will be incorporated into other projects.

In addition to pottery, crafts include block printing, marbling paper, beaded keychains & necklaces, picture frames, wall art, paper mache, upcycled book crafts, and more.

Students will be encouraged to own their projects and take them in any direction they choose. The goal is to have fun, get experience with a variety of craft & art mediums, and to push their creativity.

Craft camp is suitable for all genders, ages 8+. Please reach out with any questions.

Session 1: Weekdays July 8th - 19th from 9am - 12pm.

Session 2: Weekdays July 29th - August 9th from 9am - 12pm

The workshop is located in the North Hill neighborhood of Des Moines, WA.
